AI ! What's it all about? As a 55 year old who runs a small one man band type of business you have to wear many hats and can be to busy carrying out the work to keep on top of everything thing else. Now I know my larger competitors are using AI like Chatgpt and I wanted to know how it can help me but was to afraid just to jump into it Then Accounting Gem who I use for my accounts sent me an email offering a two hour long look at staying safe and how Chatgpt can help me with my business so I didn't hesitate and booked in for some training And wow I wasn't disappointed Jeremy who has a passion for this give a very engaging relaxing and very informative session on Chatgpt and I was amazed how easy it can be but also how useful it can be to me and my business, if you know how to navigate it safely. Jeremy was so helpful answering any questions and demonstrating how to navigate this crazy new world I would recommend this as a good starting point. Now I have to decide if it's something I really want to do and engage with I am still not sure however I have a lot better understanding of it now and if I want to learn even more on a personal level for my particular industry Jeremy also offers a one to one training on it in a lot more detail, I may book that in . Great help with refreshing honesty.

An Account Gem took over my accounting (for both my business and my personal accounting) around one year ago. Jeremy and his team always make themselves available to support me in any way that I need. Recently, we completed an annual self assessment together and despite my hectic schedule, the team remained vigilant and continuously prompted me in a friendly way to make sure that all of the necessary submissions were made on time.
